I had an email from Google One offering me Fitbit Premium and Nest as part of my Google One Premium 2T Subscription - which is still showing on my Benefits page. However when I try to accept the Benefit for Fitbit Premium it just directs me to a free 3 month trial and monthly & annual charges. I haven’t tried the Nest Benefit yet but that seems to showing a charge as well. I’ve written to Fitbit and to Google One but Fitbit says to contact Google One but despite numerous email conversations telling me how to get it and even one saying do I really need it - nobody has come back to me telling me they’ve sorted the problem. Has anyone else had trouble with this and solved it please?
