Google Nest Hub 2. Gen - Black screen

linali

Hello everyone,

Just purchased a new Google Nest Hub 2. Gen, and used it just for an hour before the screen just turned black and no response. Tried to restart and reset with no luck - I have several similar devices and never experienced this happened to them. Any ideas or should I return this one and get a new one?

Thanks in advance!

Actually, although I did fill out the form - I still ended up returning the item.

I tried everything possible and nothing worked. As mentioned, unfortunately the device only worked for an hour the most, so I did not feel to waste more time on it after trying for so long. Never experienced this with any of the other devices, so very sad about this.

Hey linali,

To make sure, did you already return your device?
