Google Nest Wired (2nd Gen) Formerly Hello Doorbell Camera will not connect

I just install my google nest doorbell, I went to the google Home App to add the doorbell device and each time I receive the error message " unable to start device pairing Configuration not available.

 

Do anyone have a suggestion on how t fix this issue.

What do you mean by "Google Nest Wired (2nd Gen) Formerly Hello Doorbell Camera"?

The Google Nest Hello Doorbell gets installed in the Google Nest app.  To the best of my knowledge, Google Nest no longer sells it.

The 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell gets installed in the Google Home app. If this is the doorbell you are trying to install, perhaps you need to contact Support, using the link and instructions in the post below, to get help with that odd configuration error you're getting.
