Google home not working on voice

Hope someone can assist. My assistant no longer recognises my devices on my Google home. When I try to use voice to activate a device it stated that no devices has been loaded even though it shows on my Google home app and I can trigger the devices by clicking on it. My routine shortcuts on my home screen is also not working

What devices are you trying to control? Where did you get these devices? I’m having a similar problem. My devices are connected through my ADT system.

What Google Nest devices do you have? When did it start happening? What's the exact command and response of your speaker when asking to control your devices? Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router. Give rebooting them and your router a try to refresh the connection.
