I have an indoor nest cam 2nd generation wired.
Audio and mic are turned on.
I upgraded to the paid account so I should have access to everything.
Events are recording and I can go back and play the clips but there's no audio. I can listen and talk live, and when I do that it records, but it doesn't record audio on recorded events.
I did all the troubleshooting tips and this is brand new so it never has worked.
What else can I try?
