How to trigger all Nest devices to play same music?

I have 10 Nest devices all around my house, and on one of them I have currently playing Spotify.

The question is:

How to make them all connect with a voice command and to start playing

simultaneously?

Add them to a speaker group:

Sorry , forgot to mention that I have tried all conventional procedures like the one you have mentioned.

It is impossible to pronounce: Example : Play radio Star on Tune in on house group. or : Play Taylor Swift on Spotify on House group.

Especially the command will not work if something is already playing.  Lets say, one nest is playing Spotify... the question is ;

How to activate all other speakers to start playing what is already playing on one of them?? 

 "house group" is the name of the  speaker group
