I have a horrible experience with Google. I felt I got scammed. They are fraud. In the first convo, they are nice and we'll help you process a return label for replacement but after you shipped your defective because of w5 error and delivered to them - they ask a lot of questions and receipt and repeatedly ask the same questions seems you are talking to a robot. In the end, you got no solution for your replacement and they keep your unit without wanting to return and ship this back to you instead. They are fraud, they will deceive you in your replacement process to get your unit and sell it to the other customer.

THEY TIMELINE IS NOT ACCURATE. THEY WILL ALWAYS ASKED TO WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS BUT NO UPDATES AND SOLUTION. THEY WILL JUST KEEP YOU WAITING.
