I lost all pre installed apps on Google nest 2

Good day All

Recently I bought a nest 2 and set it up successfully, I had to replace my wifi router and thought the best would be to reset the nest device and so I did. Now I can't find the pre installed apps like YouTube, Chrome, etc.

Can anyone help me recover all the pre installed app.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

Could you tell us what you're seeing on your Google Nest Hub screen? When you ask your Nest Hub to open YouTube, is it working? A quick reboot might help too.
