Nest hello and additional cameras won't stream to a browser. Just get a spinning blue wheel. When viewed on my Google home it's fine, when viewed on my phone it's mostly fine, although it will frequently reset the app and i need to find where i left off on a recorded video. (when used on a samsung device) Tried 4 different browsers on my PC, disabled my firewall and antivirus software. Looking for some help.

Perhaps it's your Wi-Fi bandwidth that's the problem. Are you able to live stream your cameras on the new beta/preview home.google.com website?

Worked for months, only started doing this. Seems it works fine on other computers connected to the same network. The home app doesn't allow saved footage to be played on cameras sold before 2021.

Hello everyone,
@JustDave thanks for reaching out. To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask some questions: what is the website you're trying to stream your Nest Cameras to? What type of Nest Cameras do you have?
Keep us posted.
I appreciate your answer, MplsCustomer.
Best,
Emerson

I use nest.com. I attempted using home.google.com but it doesn't allow me the same functionality as with the nest site. I have the hello cameras as well as pre 2021 model interior cameras. Tried with chrome, explorer and firefox. All the same results.

Hey JustDave,
Thanks for getting back to us. Have you tried checking the https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU website? You may also try reinstalling your web browsers from your mobile phone, your Nest app and Google Home app.
Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Emerson
