Hi Qadmin,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Which Nest speaker/display do you own? You can unlink your third party devices by following the steps below.

  1. Make sure the your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app .
  3. Tap account (yourinitial or your profile picture).
  4. Verify the Google Account on screen is the one linked to the speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap the down arrow icon and then choose another account or Add another account .
  5. Select Assistant Settings and then Home Control.
  6. Under Linked services, tap the home automation partner and then Unlink account and then Unlink.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Juni

I am having the same problem. I am not able to access the MiBox as I no longer own it and it is not connected to the network, and I cannot find a place to remove it from my Google Home.

I get this message

Check that Disconnected device is online and your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Additionally, make sure local network access is enabled in your phone or tablet's privacy settings.

Hey Qadmin,

If the steps above didn't work, please visit this page to see if you can unlink your devices this way. If the issue persists, try creating a new home structure and move your devices there. Once done, you can delete the old home that you have.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Alex
