My thermostats will no longer be supported

I read tonight that I'd received an email with discounts to replace them. I've haven't received anything yet. I want to make sure I receive it.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you're concerned that you didn't receive the discount email for your thermostats, which will no longer be supported. I can help you with that!

To assist you effectively, could you please provide the specific model of your Nest Thermostats? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your thermostat model.

In the meantime, please double-check the following:

  • Confirm that all of your thermostats and home structures are correctly set up within your account.
  • Verify all folders (including spam and trash) of the email account linked to your thermostat.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm away until next week but I'll get you the info when I return. I believe two are generation 1 and the third is a "Learning" thermostat but I get you the info then.
