I AM AT MY BREAKING POINT WITH THE NEST DEPARTMENT. I HAVE BEEN GASLIT, LIED TO, HARASSED, STALKED, ALMOST SET UP FOR FAILURE AND LOSS OF ITEM, BROKEN PROMISES MADE AND THE LIST GOES ON. THEY OWE ME FOR A REFUND AND ARE DELAYING IT WITH EXCUSES AND I HAVE CALLED THEM ON IT. MICA IS STALKING ME AND I HAVE ASKED HIM TO LEAVE ME A AND MY CASE ALONE CAUSE HE HAS ATTEMPTED TO COMPROMISE MY RESOULUTION AND SHARI CONTINUES TO LIE AND SET ME UP FOR FAILURE AND SAYS I WILL HAVE MY REFUND ASAP THAT WAS 48 HOURS AGO, MY PARCEL ARRIVED 2 DAYS AGO, WHAT DO I DO TO GET MY MONEY AND STOP THIS SANITY, ITS NOT A REFLECTION OF GOODLE ENT. AND NOR IS MY ISSUE WITH GOOGLE ENT, ITS WITH THE EMPLOYEES PERSONAL AND THEY ARE DEVILS.

exactly as i thought. another lie, another broken promise from the google support team. I am not surprised, and at this point i have no faith in getting my refund anytime soon. So Byron, what the excuse today?

Byron respectfully, I keep on hearing the exact same statement. Quote" a specialized agent has been assigned to your case and they'll be in touch with you shortly. That is a bunch of BS. I'm sorry but I keep on getting these blanket statements and these excuses excuses excuses. This is not how it should be and the fact that one of the specialists purposely tried to set me up and have this procedure process take longer is up horrid. I'm telling you that the situation has affected me tremendously. I promise you as I sit here typing talking. I want to cry. I'm exhausted. I'm struggling. I'm frustrated and I'm being played for a fool and the pain and suffering. They have tried every way shape or form to prevent me from utilizing your policies to procedures. I cannot tell you how pathetic and unfair this is. I just want my money back. I was directed to seek compensation in the form of Google pay credit of $250 for the pain and suffering. But I am not a Karen and I'm not someone who seeks a freebie. All I want is what's mine and that's my refund and it was supposed to be done 3 days ago and it hasn't happened. Unacceptable 😭

No one has got in touch with me yet and to be honest I'm not surprised. I've actually made the decision that and for the record my issue and I don't have any qualms or dislike towards Google. But it is towards the nest support department. They've been nothing but defiant belligerent insulting provoking malicious cunning rude arrogant. Narcissistic embarrassing and the list goes on. As a result of their abuse, false and empty promises, I've gotten angry and I've told them where to go. Today I realized how manipulative and elusive and troublemaking the nest support representatives are because during a conversation and have my witness here, she was completely making up derivatives and situations from nothing that I even said. I would say one thing she would say another. She brought up Fiverr TV and then fiber optics when I simply was calling for the Wi-Fi how she would get the fiber involved. I have no understanding but I'm Canadian and shouldn't have very well that number one. I don't use Google five and that's not my way it's calling. I'm sick and tired of this. If you're not going to help me, why do you have the support here? I feel like a panin for leaving these messages no one that's listening to me and I need to be heard.

WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN GUESS WHAT AS I CALLED IT I HAVE BEEN PLAYED FOR A FOOL. I AM DISGUSTED I CANNOT BELIEVE THE AUDACITY THE NERVE I AM IN SHOCK TO SEE HOW NEST SUPPORT TEAM TOOK ME FOR GRANTED DISMISSED ME. I'M ASTONISHED AND EVEN THOUGH THAT THEY HAVE STATED THAT THEY WILL RETURN MIGHT BE FUND IMMEDIATELY ONCE THEY GET NOTICED FROM THE WAREHOUSE THEY STILL FOUND A WAY TO DELAY THIS IS ABSURD THIS IS BEYOND IGNORANCE THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND ABUSIVE POWER AND WHAT DO I DO IF I TAKE THIS TO CORPORATE IT'S GOING TO TAKE MORE ENERGY OUT OF ME AND I DO BELIEVE CORPORATE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT I AM NOT AFRAID OF THESE DELINQUENTS THEIR LIES THEY'RE THEIR FABRICATED LIES THEY'RE CONTINUOUS NEFARIOUS BEHAVIORS THEY'RE COMPROMISING OF ACCOUNTS AND FOR THE RECORD AND I STAYED THIS TIME AND TIME AGAIN MY ISSUE IS NOT WITH GOOGLE ENTERPRISES IT IS WITH HIS THAT ARE BEHIND THE SCREENS AND BEHIND THE PHONES THAT LAUGH THEY GAWK I HAVE BEEN LAUGHED AT TIME AND TIME AGAIN FROM THE GUAM FROM THE GUATEMALANS WHO DON'T GIVE A **bleep** I'VE BEEN SHUT DOWN I'VE BEEN GASLIGHTED THIS NEEDS TO STOP I WANT MY MONEY NOW GOOGLE
