Nest Camera turning off randomly

We have been using the nest camera for months, and it will randomly stop streaming and gives an error message of “Live Video Unavailable” or other messages like that. 

This usually happens in the middle of the night, which is NOT ideal as we use it for a baby’s monitor. 

Troubleshooting:

We have already gotten a new router, we’re on the Google Mesh system and have a hub in the baby room. We pull the camera up on our phones and the Amazon Echo Show, and this problem occurs on every device, regardless of if we are streaming to them all at once or just an individual device. I started using the Prioritize Device feature on the Neat Cam, and that helps sometimes but not always. 

We are at a loss & I am at my wits-end with waking up to realize my baby has been crying and I didn’t know because the camera turned off.

One thing that I would be surprised if it causes an issue, but figured I would ask, is that I did put light-minimizing stickers on the Nest Cam light since they are so bright in a dark room. Could that cause a connection issue?

I should also add that the Nest Cam has a history of the entire night, even when it turns off on our devices. So it is recording, it’s just not streaming.

Sometimes our cameras will randomly stop streaming to one of our Nest Hubs, even though the camera is still on and "Live". It's very intermittent. I think our local Wi-Fi can affect this, but I also think that sometimes it's an issue on Google Nest's servers.

Some customers report this happens to them regularly, or when they're streaming for a long time.

Hi Juni. We own the indoor wired Google Nest Cam. We are still having issues with the live feed failing to stream throughout the night. It often cuts off before the 12 hour mark you mentioned.
