@tab0026, it looks like you have a heat pump system. The majority of these systems are Nest-compatible. But please make sure to follow the same wiring configuration as your current thermostat. Here's your wiring diagram.

Red wire > R terminal (power)
White wire > W/W1 terminal (heat)
Yellow wire > Y/Y1 terminal (cool)
Green wire > G/G1 terminal (fan)
Blue wire > C terminal (24 V common)

Lastly, to be sure, does your system have emergency heating or auxiliary heating?
