Nest Thermostat Issue

Hello

I have a Nest thermostat which was set up when I was using a Samsung android phone. At this point it was the Nest App (blue house) and I was able to control heating and water via this app.

ive since upgraded my mobile to an IPhone 13! I am unable to use/open said Nest account and now have to control it via Google Home!

my issue is I can only control the heating from my phone. The water one doesn’t show and I cannot phathom how to add it! It’s driving me insane. Nothing online to advise either.

anyone else have this issue and managed to solve it please?

so your nest thermostat is associated with the email you logged in with,

2 options:
1 get access to nest account by resetting password etc (it uses google account details anyway)

2.factory reset the nest, and make a new google account (if you cant access that google account)
