No live video on outdoor cameras or doorbell

I have multiple indoor and outdoor nest cams. All of the indoor cameras are working fine, however has about a month ago. All of the outdoor cameras and doorbell no longer provide a live feed. They do capture video history and send alerts but I get an error when requesting a live feed that says unable to connect. I've tried resetting the nest Wi-Fi adjusting settings and resetting the devices to no avail. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Called Google support and advised to fix internet speed. The next day, I upgraded our router and improved internet speed (with speed tests) but still no live feed.


They also recommended factory reset. I will not do that yet since many users in online forums are having the same issues, even with factory reset.
