I always tell my Google to play music for one hour. Now I have found that Google will play the music but never turns it off. I have unplugged my Google in an attempt to reset it but it still is leaving music on. What to do?

Hi marvymike,
Thanks for posting in the community — let's sort this out.
A few questions; what music are you playing? Have you tried using another music service and see if that would stop playing? Also, try resetting the device and set up again and see if the issue is still the same. Here's how: https://goo.gle/3G7eoCb's%20resetting.
Keep me posted.

Still a problem. Your Google link in you first note took me to the Google home page but no information. I have tried to tell Google to "Play Relaxing Music Radio for one hour" and it will acknowledge the command and start the music but won't ever turn it off. The same thing if I say, "play ocean sounds for one hour". No acknowledgement but ocean sounds start but don't turn off. I have asked Google to run a diagnostic but it doesn't understand that command.

Read the thread! I have been communicating with you and the problem still exists. All I've gotten from Google is that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. That's not an answer!
