Orphaned script voice starter

I had an automation made with the Household Script Editor that I had deleted but it left an orphaned voice starter in Home Graph. The starter phrase is globally locked and the deleted automation appears when I say "sync devices." I need a Home Graph automation cleanup to be done by Google support. I called support and the agent said I need to submit the request via this channel. What else do I need to do to get this done? Thanks

As far as I know this space is mainly for other Nest users, and the specialists don't have access to your account information, so I don't think that request can be completed here, sadly. 

Do you have other users linked to your Google home? If so, might be worth checking the home app on their devices to make sure nothing from the automation is lingering there.
