Hi, a week ago the home app was updated and since then the bulbs appear as offline on my home control. I have unlinked Phillips hue following some advice I found online and haven’t been able to link it again. I removed all my lights from the app to see if there was a way to set them up again but I couldn’t make it work. Anyone else having the same issues?

A few questions: what Google Home app version are you using? What's your phone model? Aside from Philips Hue, do you have other third-party devices that are experiencing the same issue?
Please try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app before setting up the Philips Hue bulbs. If you encounter any issues, factory reset your bulbs before you add them back. You can also use another phone, since that might help.

Hi lovely, I am using an iPhone 14 with home app version 3.2.104. Samsung tv works fine, I am only having issues with Phillips. I will try doing a factory reset an let you know if it works

Hi LovelyM,
Bulbs are still not working. The app is not linking to the philips hue app for some reason. i keep getting the "something went wrong" message. I have also tried using other phone without success.

If you have another email account that you can use, please use it to create a new Home structure in the Google Home app and link your Philips Hue there. Tell me if you are still encountering the same concern.
