Ring Doorbell not connecting through Google Home

I can't connect a Ring doorbell through Google Home.  There doesn't appear to be a link to connect the accounts when I go to the correct page through Google.  Is it still possible or has it ended as Nest doorbells are now part of Google?

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

The link is not on the page anymore.  What troubleshooting do you suggest?

I’m having the same issue. No option to link Ring to Google Home

There is no link on the page to allow the set up.

Hey all,

 

Ring devices currently have very limited support for Google Assistant devices, this includes not supporting streaming videos from Ring devices to Google Assistant enabled displays (such as Nest Hub, Nest Hub (2nd gen), or Nest Hub Max). While we would prefer to support all available features, the number of actions that Ring devices support using the Google Assistant is controlled by Ring. We recommend that you reach out to Ring and request that they expand their support for Google Assistant devices.

Hi Drgwe,

 

You can still talk to your Ring devices using your Google Home or Google Nest speakers and display however, we have a very limited support. You can check this link for the supported actions.

Yes thanks for your responses.  I'll speak with Ring to see why they don't want to link with Google home and update on here.  You would be best removing the Google page saying that they can connect.
