I'm a property manager and a home owner (customer) has attempted to have me join his google home account - without success. I receive the invitation via email but it does nothing when i click the button. What am I missing?
When I attempt to use the Google Home app on iPhone - it opens then closes immediately.
Also I should add that I do have 2 pre-existing apps on iPhone that should be noted - the Nest and the U-Home apps. Are they perhaps interfering?
Please advise!

Thanks for posting in our community.
It can be confusing if you are not able to interact with the home invitation you’ve received; don’t worry though, help’s here!
While the Nest app and Google Home app accomplish somewhat similar goals, it shouldn’t be interfering with the process of accepting an invitation to join a new home. Because of that, I want to know, have you tried using another device in order to accept this invitation?
If you don’t have any other device available to accept this invitation, then my suggestion would be to uninstall the Google Home app and install it back again; that way you'll make sure you’re on the latest version of it and try opening the notification again. If that doesn’t work, then you can try sending it again and see if you’re able to interact with the invitation once again.
