Urgent - Google Home Nest Camera (battery) Gen 1 stopped loading events.

It seems that I cannot open any Recorded events under the history tab. I continue receiving an error message “Error loading events. There was an error retrieving your events.” Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to the community page. I understand you can't open any recorded events from your Nest Cam (battery) under the History tab in the Google Home app, as you're getting an error message. Don't worry, let's work together to get it fixed. To help with that, I have some questions:

  • Are you able to view the live feed of your Nest Cam (battery)?
  • Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?
  • How far is your Nest Cam (battery) from your router?
  • Are you using the latest version of the Google Home app?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
