Hello folks,

@MplsCustomer, thanks for the response.

@nallen, that certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check it out.

To confirm, do you want to brighten the clock on your Google Home/Nest display or is the clock not yet displayed on the screen?

If already displayed, try the steps below:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the quick settings menu, then tap the brightness icon.
  2. Swipe the slider left or right to adjust the brightness level.
  3. Tap the Brightness icon again to toggle Ambient EQ on or off.

For night mode:

  1. Make sure that your mobile device or tablet is signed in or linked to the same account as your Google Home/Nest devices.
  2. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi as your speaker or display.
  3. Open the Google Home app.
  4. Tap the device card of the preferred speaker or display.
  5. At the top right, tap settings then notifications and digital wellbeing.
  6. Select night mode and make sure it’s enabled.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan

I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above? If yes, how is it?

Thanks,
