Why Doesn't Apple Music Work on Google Nest in South Africa?

But I'm unable to comment on them.

 When I try to link my Apple account to my Google Nest, I'm given an error msg at the very end saying that Apple Music is not available for Google Home in South Africa.

Any idea when this will be fixed - I find it astounding that more people are not complaining about this issue.  Does it mean I need to cancel my Apple subscription?

Hi there,

Apple decides what countries it's music service is available in so it would be their support you would need to ask about support for South Africa.

Please see the post below where a Google Nest community specialist confirms that Apple Music is not available in South Africa.

Also Google doesn't officially sell their devices in South Africa so not all features are guaranteed to work, sorry.

@76cheiro, thanks for posting. I totally understand that this is a good addition to music providers that can be added to your Nest Hub, but this isn’t available. I'd suggest you submit feedback about it, here's how.
