"Customer service" is a joke

Our letter to Google Nest:

9 days, and soon, two holidays would have passed since Google Nest has misappropriated (stolen) over $266+ (three days before Christmas), from our checking account. We have furnished you with the tracking number showing your receipt of said defective product; we have furnished you with the signed return receipt by your employee showing he received said defective merchandise. We have furnished you with proof from the USPS showing every bit of proof that you have the defective merchandise in YOUR possession; yet you illegally continue to withhold our money. 

 
Remember that this all started when you would not allow us to return your defective merchandise via FedEx Express, 7 hours away, round trip. You would not give Rural Americans another option, nor shipping company or service.  
 
Where is our money? DO NOT apologize for 'any inconvenience', we are WAY past that point.
