Good Evening
I am based in South Africa and I wanted to see if someone could please Help if possible. i bought the Serif Samsung Tv , where ive been able to watch netflix, prime, etc
i set up my tv on the SmartThings app, which I then linked to my google home (i have the google nesthub second gen). however, when i say “ok Google turn on Netflix (or any other app) on my tv”, it says that the Netflix functionality isnt available on my tv (this is impossible cause I literally have been watching Netflix on the tv). The same applies to all the other apps I have set up (disney plus and amazon prime). Does anybody know the solution to this
please any help would be so appreciated!

Thanks for posting in the community. Since Nest Hub isn't officially supported in your country, the voice command feature may or may not work. We're working hard on bringing Nest Hub and more of its features to other countries. If the cast icon is available on your mobile device, you can cast manually from your mobile to the Nest Hub. You can check out this link on how to send a feedback. I'll consider this post as complete and will lock the thread within 24 hours. Feel free to create a new one if you have other questions.
