60 day subscription not appearing

I paid for 60 day history but I am only seeing 30 day, help  please

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Nest Aware subscription. Let’s check it out.

 

You can visit the Google Store and check out if the Nest Aware subscription is attached to the correct account and home structure. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq and sign into your Google account.
  2. Select Your subscriptions.

 

To get a 60-day event video history, make sure you are subscribed to Nest Aware Plus. Check out this handy guide to learn how to manage your Nest Aware subscription on the Google Store.
