Created a Google account as asked to migrate, originally had a Hotmail account. Now can’t login with hotmail account and my annual payment for video history recording has now been cancelled. Any idea how to speak to someone?

Thanks, I’ve tried this link but it just keeps bringing me back to the generic webpage which is asking me to input keywords or post on here, which isn’t really resolving my issue

Hi again,

On the website linked above please select 'Nest Aware' and a brief description.

Then on the next screen with keywords displayed select 'Other' and keep selecting 'Next step' until you reach the contact options screen...

@Lkaria thanks for posting here in the community. I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. Were you able to reach our support team? With regards to your concern about the migration of your account, it seems that you created a new account instead of using your same hotmail email to migrate it to Google. To confirm, have you tried signing in to your Nest app and instead of selecting sign in with Nest you'll choose the sign in with Google then enter your hotmail email and if it will go through?
