Please will someone tell me how I can do a really simple thing like just purchase neat aware. Again. I changed my bank card so payment didn’t go through. Instead of telling me, I get an email saying my subscription has been cancelled and all history deleted. Talk about Or**bleep**ingwellian! Now I’m having to go through this ridiculous process because nowhere will let me purchase it. For pity sake someone at Google sort out this **bleep**e site.
