Hello,
I just had the doorbell mounted on the wall but without the bracket so it is properly screwed to the wall. I need to set up the doorbell now but obviously the QR code and the set up code are at the back of the device. I don't want to mess about with the bell and take it off the wall now. I do have original packaging though. I read on different forums that the code should be on the packaging as well. Can you advise please.
Thanks

On our newest Google Nest Hello Doorbell, the 6-character QR code was printed on the envelope containing warranty instructions. It's the 6-character code just below the actual scannable Quick Response code. I scanned that code rather than the one on the camera because it was flat and easier to scan than the one on the back of the doorbell. And the serial number was printed above the scannable Quick Response code.
