I had a monthly subscription of nest aware plus billed at $12/month. I ended my subscription to sign up for a one year plan for $120. I received an email confirming my $120 order. When I checked my credit card I was billed $120. I was then also billed $60. It is also reflected in my Google pay. I attached a screen shot of the double charge. I have been trying to resolve this since December 9th without any luck. Any tips on how to fix this? I have over 10 hours of going back with customer service trying to fix it.
