Which doorbell is this, the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery), or the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell? Where are you seeing still images only, on your mobile device in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app, on a Nest Hub, on home.nest.com, or on home.google.com? Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and is it on the Google Nest "home/structure" where your doorbell is?

Hello MELLO924,

Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for the confusion. We're happy to help you here in the community. We would appreciate it if you could share with us some information regarding your issue about your Nest Camera that's showing an image only. To confirm, which Nest Camera do you have? What app are you using to access your Nest Camera live view? What are the steps you've done so far? With regards to speaking to a live person you may reach them here.

I appreciate the help, JT, MplsCustomer and Archie.

Best,
Emerson

Thanks,
