My doorbell and indoor cameras suddenly no longer show up on the Nest Aware app.. They worked fine for a couple of years til today. I tried to reinstall the cameras but Google says they are already connected to another account and of course there is no way of finding out what that account is...presumably it is mine but I how do find it? I cannot find anything in the APP to solve the problem. Power is good, I can see that the indoor camera is recording history but nothing else and no way to access the videos. Can anyone help me?

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. They are most likely connected to your original Nest account. You cannot access them unless you have access to their original account they are connected too. It would have to be a Google account if that helps, but we do not have a way to help you with this I'm afraid. We do not have that access in these forums to assist you.
