Can't see my Nest history videos. I have not migrated to google. Keep my Nest account. How I can see

I have a Nest account and now I can't see my videos history anymore. I have not migrated to Google. How can I see my video history ? I looked for some tutorials on you tube and they did not work. Thanks

I got my new Nest battery cameras, a few weeks ago. I have nest aware and it doesn't display 30 day's of event history. I do pay for the 30 day subscription. I only use the Google Home application. 

I've tried everything and it doesn't show know more then a day's worth of event history.  The application has all the added features available for Nest Aware to use; the only problem is the event history.

I personally believe Google is updating their services and this is a known problem.  We'll at least I hope. The odd thing is, I've been signed up for Nest Aware for over 3 weeks and I just got a email this morning welcoming me. 

Also, I'm on a Android device.

yes @Brad I can't see my history in either app, or computer browser. I don't remember this being so difficult to do before. In fact I can see my saved clips, but I can't see yesterdays videos...

I'm having the same issue.  I have a Nest Aware account and I can only see today's video.  

Same here, only todays videos show up as recent and the historic motion captured videos does not play at all

Have you checked either of the articles above to look through and see if you actually have an active Nest Aware subscription? I would definitely suggest doing that first. You would definitely have clips or video showing if you had an active subscription. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

I have Nest Aware and my historic videos of my Nest Hello and Indoor Camera does not play or get saved longer than a few hours, if at all.

Hey there,

 

If you have Nest Aware you would show the events in your Video History if there are any events recorded. Verify all of your account information and make sure it is all correct, as that is a good way to see if you purchased Nest Aware on a different email/account. Depending on which Nest Aware plan you have, will depend on how far back your history would go. Please take a look again at this article to determine what is offered with your specific Nest Aware subscription.

Thank you Brad. Yes we need help. With a Nest Aware subscription, Google Home only saves the last day of events; not 30 days.

Just to be clear, we are talking about 30 day event based recording. Not 24HR recording. 

I'm going on 2 months of paying for a subscription and still don't have the features as advertised. It did work the first week, then stopped. 

I believe the developer's are combining the nest stuff over to home and there is problems. This is understandable but the bottom line is, I'm paying for a premium service with expensive cameras.  I think some attention to this problem should be escalated and some explanation for what the issue is. I'm using these cameras for my business so this is a bigger problem for me, day to day.

I've been making monthly payments for my nest doorbell and cannot see but an hour's history. It says see more in Nest Aware but I'm in the Nest app. I don't see anything in Google home either
