Has anyone had luck in cancelling 1st Gen Nest Aware subscription?
I have contacted customer support and got only rude responses on the phone.
I have contacted chat support and have been made to run around for 2 hours + with no resolution.
The chat support is the most frustrating experience where I got transferred to almost 9 support personnel over 2 hrs and 20 mins and nobody was able to give me a resolution.
I have totally lost trust on what Google can do quite frankly and I would never purchase a Google product.
