Cannot add Nest aware to new home

We have had Nest Aware at our home and at our cottage for 4+ years.  We purchased a home in Florida and added cameras and a new location, but cannot subscribe to nest aware. I have tried adding through the Nest app and through the google store.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
