I have been using the Nest App on iPhone for years without issue. I can log into Nest using a Chrome browser using Google SSO fine. I can log into my Google Home app using Google SSO just fine. I can see the cameras and my thermostat from both.
I have deleted the app, rebooted the phone and reinstalled a number of times. I click the Sign in with Google button. I click allow and it comes right back to the login screen. No errors. Just doesn’t work. Sometimes I can see my cameras just before it goes back to the login screen.

I’m also having this issue. There’s another thread with numerous people complaining of this and no one seems to respond or try to help. Hopefully you get better answers.

The same issue happening in 5.72. All these steps have been taken. I have also removed My Devices from the Google account and then re-authenticated using 2-factor authentication on everything on my Iphone 14 Pro. Same issue.
My partner has access to Nest on his Iphone 14 Pro via the Nest App into our account. I signed out of his and app and signed myself in with my Google account on his device and the same thing happens to me again. I can see my cameras for about 1 second and then it goes back to the sign-in screen again, without any errors. This has to be on the Nest server side. I allowed my partner to log back into his Google account on the Nest app and he logs back into our account and can see cameras and recordings without issues.

I have also done everything they have said with no improvement. My husband can also login and have no issue. Very clearly a nest issue.

Hi folks,
Thanks for your update. To make sure we're on the same page, I'd like to confirm, when you tried signing in using your partner's iPhone, did you type your login credentials manually or through SSO? Do you have an android device? Let us know your update here.
Regards,
Emerson

I used the Google SSO. Logged right in fine. Back to mine and nothing.
That said. My issue is now resolved. I opened a case with Google and went through length troubleshooting with several levels. They did not find anything. After the ticket was open for about a week, I tried again and it worked. I did not do anything different to make this work. I am 90% certain the issue was something on the NEST side to do with the SSO O-auth token.
