I’ve been having trouble getting my Yale lock to reconnect after changing my Wi-Fi. I’ve tried to factory reset several times, as well as, removing and adding my Connect device which seems to be working fine. Any ideas?

Yes, I called nest and Yale support. Looks like I need a replacement unit which I ordered. Thank you!

How exactly are you resetting to factor defaults? Please explain your steps. Also to test your Nest Connect, go in the Nest app > Settings top right > Nest Connect > Wifi Connection and make sure you connect to new wifi via this method. After that is done, choose 2nd option to test wifi.
