Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have? Are you signed into the Nest app or Google Home app? Is all of your history missing or just certain portions? In case your family members have access to your Nest Camera, make sure they won't delete the events recorded. Try restarting your Nest Camera. Let us know how it goes.
