Was I charged double? Once on January 14 for $ 80.00 and on January 15 in amount of  $ 150.00 please advise I was charged for one year and 150.. for 15 months? Is that correct? I am so confused .’please reply me at # with your answer..

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not call customers based on posts in this forum, and their forum guidelines prohibit personal info like phone numbers, so they usually delete phone numbers.

Perhaps you're getting charged for a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, as well as for a 2nd gen Nest Aware Plus subscription, judging from the amounts.  But that's just a guess.

I'd suggest again using the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" that I pointed to on your other post.
