Double Billed

I also just noticed I was double billed for my subscription this month. So I did a google search and what do you know, this has been going on for some time.

I checked my statements and sure enough it was double charged in in 2023 and 2022. I called support and they said they would put in a request for refund, but only for 2 years. Who do I need to speak with to get this credited properly?
