My gf just mooved in the house, so we merged her devices on my home, we deleted her google home and i sent her manager invite for my google home. She is now part of the home, she can see all lights, speaker and camera But when she want to see camera image, it just stay black and it says that camera are offline. But they are not as i am looking at then on my android. She have an iphone 13 pro. She has no update, we forced killed the google home app and restarted her phone. Still no image from camera.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Have you tried using the Web app https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI to check if the camera is still offline using the iPhone? Also, make sure you have the current iOS version, which is 16.5.

didnt knew it existed for web via home.google.ca, it is showing well in my browser, will try the same url from phone. will keep you posted. thanks

i will need to install chrome on her phone because the link in her safari browser opens up the google home application. will come back maybe tonight with results.

i was able to fix it... ill say what i needed to do. i did had my account with my nest camera on my profile. so. when she joined my home and after setting her up as manager, shw was still not able to do anything with camera... but she could control my 43 hue lights from google home. so in her application google home, i went to nest aware settings... it said that it was no configured, so i said to configure it and without account, then it worked. so nest aware needed to be initializied on her phone, even tho its configured on my google home account, it still needed this part. case closed. in her phone, nest aware couldnt saw my own account.
