Hi Sandra5,

Thanks for posting here in the Community. What happened is really confusing. Let's see what we can do here. To confirm, what app are you using to check the recorded events from your Nest Camera? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Have you tried checking the recorded events using a different mobile device?

Give these steps a try:

  • Restart your Nest Camera, Wi-Fi router and mobile device.
  • Try checking the recorded events using a different mobile device.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Emerson

Hi everyone,

@Sandra5 how's it going with your Nest Camera? We would appreciate it if you could share with us the information I’m asking above. Also, were you able to perform the steps I’m suggesting? We'd be glad to hear from you — We'd like to make sure everything is working.

Thanks,

Emerson

Hey Sandra5,

Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let us know.

Regards,
Emerson
