I was robbed recently and want to look at the past history to see the culprits.  I cannot pull up the history. Can you help?

@Maryrender

The history you can access and where you access it depends on which Nest Aware subscription you have and which cameras or doorbells you have:

Hi folks,

I just wanted to make sure if you’ve seen MplsCustomer’s response. Let me know if you need anything else.

I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.

My car was stolen a couple nights ago and the event wasn't recorded and it's the exact reason I bought the doorbell! Were you able to resolve your issue?

Yes, but only through signing up for Nest Aware.  I thought my camera alone would record the breakin.

Hey there,

Ctucker40, without an active Nest Aware subscription at the time of the event your camera wasn’t storing video recording only 3 hours of event history and gets deleted after the day.

If you’d like to sign up for your Nest Aware, check the steps below:

  1. Go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq and sign into your Google account.
  2. Select Your subscriptions.
  3. Under "Available subscriptions," find "Nest Aware" and select Get started.
  4. Find the home you want to add to Nest Aware and select Get started.
  5. To set up your Nest Aware subscription, follow the on-screen steps.
  6. Your subscription will start after your $0 trial ends or within 24 hours if your trial has already ended.

Maryrender, thanks for sharing that with us!

Thanks,

JT
