Hub Max Video History with Nest Aware Plus

I do no have any even history or video from my Hub Max in he 10 day or 60 day events. I have not changed my subscription.  has been a Aware Plus from day 1

Are you able to access your Nest Hub Max's camera in the Google Nest app? And there's no history there?

Yes I can access it in the Google Nest App and there is no history.

If you select your Nest Hub Max's camera in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, does it say "Active: Nest Aware Plus"?

Is your camera turned on? (I'm asking because ours is usually turned off on the display itself.)

And if you select your Nest Hub Max's camera in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, does it say "Active: Nest Aware Plus"? If so, then perhaps you could use the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" in the link below, which says "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription.", and ask them why your subscription is not working.

I’m sorry for the trouble here. Let’s further check this — could you access your Nest Hub Max in the Google Home app, see if the recorded video would show up?
