I cannot check for last week any record

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot check the last-week record. Don't worry, help is here. In this case, I just need to ask for some information to better understand the situation:

 

  1. Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
  2. What type of Nest device do you have?
  3. Are you signed into the Nest app or Google Home app?
  4. Can you check the camera’s live feed?
  5. Has the Nest camera worked in the past?

 

Once I have this information, we can proceed with the best solution.
