I changed email accounts and deleted the home now i don't see my paid Nest Aware Subscription

I’m having a similar problem had to replace my phone went from android to iOS and I can view camera in nest app but not in google home I used to have video playback no I get a still photo I renewed my subscription but nothing changed.
