I have aware at my office but can’t add cameras at my home to aware ? Help!

I currently have nest aware at my office and it records the video and saves it. Love it! Now I want to add the cameras at my house to nest aware as well. I can’t seem to find a way to add them or upgrade? When I click on the nest aware option in the app, it just shows features help!

@Mmm556

A Nest Aware subscription covers all of the cameras in the same Google Nest "home" or "structure" and the Google Home app supports only one Wi-Fi network per home.

Thanks for your reply. How do I set up another account for my home?

@Mmm556

I'm just another customer, with just one "home" and one Nest Aware subscription. It seems you need to select the Google Nest "home" for your residence in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app and then use the instructions on this help page:

Hi Mmm556,

How's it going with your cameras? Still need our help?

Regards,

JT

Thanks for asking , never really got an answer as to how another account. I’m currently using the Nest App. Should I convert to google? Is it maybe an issue with the age of my cameras ?

@Mmm556

Okay, you are using the Google Nest app, so all of your cameras must be older cameras (not those released since the fall of 2021).  And you have one "home" at your office with a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription and another "home" at your house without a Nest Aware subscription.

On the "Buy and Manage Nest Aware" page (https://support.google.com/store/answer/9396337) I linked to above, it says "Nest Aware subscriptions through the Google Home app are only available on Android devices. If you don’t have an Android device, you can subscribe through Google Store."  It looks from your posting that you have an iOS device, so this would apply to you.

Try going to this "Subscription Management" page on the Google Store: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

We have only one "home" and one subscription, so for us it just lists one subscription. Since you have 2 "homes", does it by any chance list your current subscription (for your office "home") and give you the option (perhaps under "Available Subscriptions") to add a subscription for the "home" at your residence?

Hi folks,

Thanks for chiming in, MplsCustomer.

I want to make sure you're all good — how did the steps go? Were you able to follow the steps shared by MplsCustomer?
