I updated to the Nest Aware Plus but still can only view selected event not 24/7

I updated to the Nest Aware Plus for the 24/7 access but nothing has changed from my original Nest Aware sub subscription. I still only have event based video with unviewable gaps. How can I get the 24/7 access I paid for on my computer?
