This is very frustrating, sometimes im a day or 2 late for renewal, but then i find all my saved faces gone.

Is there any solution to this?

Hi aelserafy,

I would imagine that is because of privacy law's that would require Google to remove this data.

Depending on where in the world you are using your device the law can differ, please have a look at the Google Nest help center link below for more information.

No to be honest i'm really disappointed that after saving a long time faces, that if i were to be late a couple of days from payment, all faces gets deleted....

what's the relation between this and the consent ?

You should remove that.

@aelserafy

I am sorry that your Familiar Faces got deleted, but I am afraid this is just built into the system. No going around it I'm afraid. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Best regards,

Brad.
